Seafood Filler

A delicious blend of cream cheese, shrimp, imitation crab and cheddar cheese. As with bacon and onion your bases are endless, but here is a new twist; use as a filler for vol-au-vent, or as a topping on steak and rename it Steak Neptune.

A great blend of flavours with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, real bacon bits, chives and onions. Stuff mushrooms, potatoes, chicken breast......

Black Olive Tapenade

The salty earthiness of kalamata olives, black olives, capers all pureed with garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice ahd herbs are a perfect compliment for pasta, pizza or simply served with cheeses and crackers.

Artichoke and Spinach dip

A chuncky dip of Artichokes, parmesan and romano cheeses, cream cheese and spinach.  Mild but flavourful, serve cold  with tortilla chips, raw veggie sticks.  Or for simple elegance add crabmeat heat and serve with your favourite dipping foods.

Premium Spinach Dip

Spinach, water chestnuts, vegetables, herbs folded into our own signature fresh buttermilk dressing. Nothing to add, ready to serve.

Serve using a Pumpernickel or Sour dough round as your bowl, with your favourite veggie sticks.

Tzatziki

Yogurt, cucumbers and baby dill.
This simple and refreshing dip is great with pita or as a condiment with grilled meats, poultry and fish.

Homous with Roasted Garlic

Pureed chickpeas with roasted garlic, Tahini and lemon juice.  This delious dip has a nutty rather than a garlic flavour. Serve with Kalamata olives, Feta cheese, Pita bread and veggie sticks.

Homous with Chili Lime

Pureed chickpeas with raw garlic, jalapeno peppers, Tahini, lime juice and spices. The lime, spices and  jalapeno imparts a delicious mexican taste experience with jalapeno giving a mild bite. Serve with tortilla chips and veggie sticks.

Vegetarian Antipasto

Cauliflower, black olives, green olives, dill pickles, pickled onions, red peppers, green beans, mushrooms.  In a tomato ketchup and chili sauce.  Serve as is or personalize by adding your own Tuna, Shrimp or Salmon.
