This Colourful, well-balanced salad mimics the classic Italian hors d'oeuvre antipasto ("before the pasta"). It includes Genoa Salami, mozzerella cheese, grilled red peppers, Artichokes, button mushrooms, Pepperoncini peppers, Kalamata and Spanish green olives. This salad is a buffet or picnic pleaser.

Wontons made with traditional Chinese ingredients of Tofu, cabbage, carrots, shitake mushrooms, ginger and sesame oil. Tossed in an Asian fused dressing that is nutty without the nuts along with crunchy young bamboo shoots, green peas, red peppers, delicate baby corn and  diced carrots.

Bursting with tangy flavours of fresh green and red peppers, cucumbers, cow's feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onions, black olives with unique shaped radiator pasta and a custom Greek dressing.

This humble salad made with shell pasta, celery, green onions and mixed with a creamy dressing, was created for a partner, such as; leftover chicken, cheese & broccoli, shrimp or crab.

Penne pasta, spinach, Parmesan and Romano cheese are smothered in our own custom dressing. Made of distinguished ingredients such as: mild and nutty flavoured roasted garlic, sweet sundried tomatoes and bouquet of European herbs.
