Black Olive Tapenade

The salty earthiness of kalamata olives, black olives, capers all pureed with garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice ahd herbs are a perfect compliment for pasta, pizza or simply served with cheeses and crackers.

Ingredients: 

Black olives (ripe olives, water, salt, ferrous glucomate), capers(capers, water, salt, vinegar), Kalamata olives, Dijon mustard ( water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, potassium metabisulphate, citric acid ), lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, suphites, lemon oil), parsley, garlic, spices and herbs.
