It includes Genoa Salami, mozzerella cheese, grilled red peppers, Artichokes, button mushrooms, Pepperoncini peppers, Kalamata and Spanish green olives. This salad is a buffet or picnic pleaser.

This rice shaped Orzo pasta is flavoured with tender artichoke hearts, black olives, diced tomatoes, red onions,garlic and shredded fresh parmesan and Romano cheese, tossed with Italian dressing.
