Egyptian Kamut Salad

Kamut is an ancient relative to our modern wheat, with 20-40% more protein, higher in vitamins and minerals, with a rich flavour.  Blend this with black olives, capers, red peppers, red onions, celery, preserved lemon and Dijon mustard.

Ingredients: 

Kamut wheat, dressing (canola oil, lemon juice concentrate (water, concentrated lemon juice, lemon oil, sodium metabisulphate),  preserved lemon, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seed vinegar, salt, potassium metabisulphite, citric acid, vinegar, garlic, herbs, spices and salt), red pepper, celery, black olives, capers, red onion, parsley flakes.
