Grilled Vegetable Salad

Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini, Red and Yellow peppers offer a smoky counterpart to fresh tomatoes and red onions.  All are tossed in a dressing of sunflower, olive oil, white wine vinegar and herbs.

Ingredients: 

Tomatoes, roasted red and yellow peppers (red and yellow peppers, water, salt, citric acid), roasted Eggplant, roasted Zucchini, red onions, sunflower seed oil, canola oil, white wine vinegar (white wine vingar, water, potassium metabisulphite), garlic, salt, herbs, spices, citric acid.
