Homous with Roasted Garlic
Pureed chickpeas with roasted garlic, Tahini and lemon juice. This delious dip has a nutty rather than a garlic flavour. Serve with Kalamata olives, Feta cheese, Pita bread and veggie sticks.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas, canola oil, lemon juice concentrate ( water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil), roasted garlic, tahini (sesame), parsley flakes, salt, pepper, potassium sorbate.
