Wild Rice confetti Salad
A native Canadian delicacy of Wild Rice, white rice, sweet red peppers, roasted sunflower seeds and onions tossed with a preserved lemon and Italian herbed vinaigrette. With the range of colour this salad looks like edible confetti. Perfect as a side dish or as a stuffing for chicken, pork, salmon or in wraps.
Ingredients:
