Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Use bite size white mushrooms for appetizers or Portabello mushrooms for  main course.

Ingredients: 
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Arbutus Ridge Farms Bacon and mushroom filler
  • Arbutus Ridge Farms Seafood filler
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 3500F.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Arrange mushrooms on oiled baking sheet. Mound filling into mushroom cap.

Bake mushrooms until tender and filling begins to brown, approx. 35 min. Serve hot

 

(Note: all ovens works differently, use this as a reference and adjust temperature and time if necessary.)
